A few frivolous clubbers have broken the cardinal rule of Las Vegas to their own detriment.

Twitter user @Investor_NICK_, a self-proclaimed tech investor, quickly learned what it's like to shoot without a budget at Sin City's legendary Encore Beach Club. He announced that Vegas was back and released a long receipt from the luxury location for nearly $ 8,700.

We're not sure if it was the $ 1,350 bottles of Perrier-Jouet champagne or the combined $ 312 Fijian water ordered for the party, but something dawned on him that Wynn, Encore's parent company, could make a pretty penny from his friends who obviously spared no expense during Memorial Day weekend.

Funnily enough, another user, David Oro, couldn't just sit by and let Nick and his friends do all the attention. Oro jumped in with a long receipt totaling $ 189,000 and didn't hesitate to dump his crew's $ 25,000 bottles of Veuve Cliquot, which the NY Post points out are priced at $ 50 each. Of course, Oros Party took advantage of the moment and ordered four bottles.

Oro had obviously waited a while for this moment to share his generous spending, as the receipt he posted was from 2011 and printed by Wynn's now-defunct Tryst nightclub, which closed in 2015.

It could be argued that these are exorbitant prices for a brief moment of internet detection, but these people don't seem to mind.
