The COVID pandemic keeps hitting, this time the latest casualty is the TIME WARP 2022 Festival! The event, which was planned in Mannheim's Maimarkthalle in early April this year, will now return in 2023. This is the third event to be postponed in three years!
Time Warp released the following statement:
“Dear friends and fans. We very much regret to have to inform you that given the current situation in Germany, we have no choice but to cancel the Time Warp in Mannheim on April 2nd, 2022. Nothing hurts us more than not being able to meet our many friends and fans around the world, not being able to show you our new stage sets, not being able to spend the longest night of the year togetherEther."
Time Warp added that this cancellation was due to Germany "no reliable basis on which to plan or fund major festivals" or to plan the "Time Warp experience you would all expect“.
So I guess we'll see you next year at TIME WARP!
