Conspiracy theorists have taken the deaths of eight people at the Travis Scott concert and turned them into an unwieldy conspiracy over a ritual satanic sacrifice and Kris Jenner's birthday.
Scott hosted his Astroworld Festival in his hometown of Houston over the weekend. The Friday night show, which featured Scott with a number of high profile guests (including Drake), ended in tragedy as the crowd stormed the stage, crushing some attendees, leaving eight dead and dozen injured.
The conspiracies offer a variety of "evidence" such as the t-shirt Scott was wearing, the images surrounding the event and of course manipulated and misrepresented videos from the concert. As with all of these conspiracies, the numerology that is being broken is endless and includes the time Scott posted his apology on Instagram, Kris Jenner's recent 66th birthday, and that "Astroworld is exactly 666 months + 6 days after the Church was organized was "Satan's."
"We all suffocate, die, and the screen says, 'I'll see you on the other side," along with all the Illuminati symbols and the praying hand that sucks our energy from us, "said one participant.
“I am 100 percent convinced that this was literally an energy harvest, that this was a satanic ritual. Travis Scott has torn people's souls away. "
According to Facebook, the topic of “Astroworld Sacrifice” was trendy with 39,000 users. Other statistics showed that more people were using terms related to Satanism on Twitter. The videos were more like the same, with one engaging Hillary Clinton in the conspiracy. Many are pushing the idea that the media is covering up the baseless story that hundreds died at the concert, not eight.
