Machine Gun Kelly is not charged with the alleged August 23 attack on the parking lot.
TMZ reported that L.A. City prosecutors rejected the case because there was insufficient evidence to prevent conviction.
According to initial reports, MGK and buddy Mod Sun were on the set of their upcoming film Good Mourning with a U when the pop / punk-turned rapper allegedly pushed a 49-year-old parking attendant.
Sources at the time said the allegations were completely false and MGK vehemently denied the allegations.
Despite fleeing from a criminal complaint, MGK still has to answer the complaint of the parking attendant John Martin Tilli.
Tilli is suing for assault, bodily harm, elder abuse and negligence.
Witnesses have confirmed MGK yelled at 49-year-old Tilli, but said no one touched him at any time.

The court's decision was made after a series of seemingly aggressive behavior.
MGK almost got into a bizarre red carpet with former UFC champ Conor McGregor at the VMAs just last month.
He also seemed to hit fans at the Louder Than Life Festival.
The crowd booed MGK after comments like, “Hey, you want to know what I'm really glad I don't do? Being 50 years old, wearing a damn weird mask on a fucking stage and talking shit, ”during his Riot Fest set resulted in a battle of words with Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor.
Slipknot didn't appear at Louder Than Life, but many of their supporters were at the Heavy Music Festival.
