Britney Spears has been outspoken when it comes to the feud between her and her sister Jamie Lynn Spears. However, Jamie Lynn has remained relatively quiet on the subject so far.
Britney's younger sister has spoken out about her conservatory while promoting a new book that conveniently touches on the same subject.
During a new interview on Good Morning America about her strained relationship with her famous sister, Jamie Lynn broke down in tears and told interviewer Juju Chang that she wasn't "focused" on what conservatory was.
"When (the conservatory) was established, I was (a) 17 years old and about to have a baby," said Jamie Lynn. "I didn't understand what happened, nor was I focused on it . … I understood that then just as little as I do now.”
"I wasn't monitoring funds or anything like that and if there was (that perception) it was a misunderstanding, but either way I haven't taken any steps to be a part of it."
Jamie Lynn even went so far as to say that when she realized the magnitude of conservatorship, she tried to stop it.
"I've always been my sister's biggest supporter," Jamie Lynn Spears told the news outlet. "So when she needed help, I found ways to go to great lengths to make sure she has the contacts she needs to possibly move on and finish this conservatory and finish it all for our family. If it's going to cause so much discord, why continue?"

Jamie Lynn added, "I even spoke to her legal team, … her previous legal team, and it didn't end well in my favor."
“I took the steps to help. How many times can I take the stairs without… She has to go through the door.”
As of now, Britney has yet to comment on the bombshells Jamie Lynn dropped during the interview. But judging by recent events, it's probably only a matter of time before Britney releases a scathing response.
