"Alice" is a newly released track by Cape weather, the Los Angeles-based collaboration of Natalie Smith and Eric Jackowitz. Enchanting vocals are complemented by contrasting elegant piano and humming guitar cans, which are consistently captivating from an aesthetic point of view. The "I just want to let you know" vocal rise is wonderfully complemented by an undertone laden with strings; this section consumes overall with a strong melodic undertow. "Alice" radiates a magnetic, dreamy quality throughout, the last minute convinces with lush keys, rhythmic escalation and shimmering background.
