Eminem will officially become restaurateur next week with the opening of his brand new restaurant in Detroit.
It's not uncommon for a star to expand their brand in a different direction, but this is the first time Eminem has ventured into the world of food.
And the namesake of the restaurant comes from a feeling that is very close to the rapper: Mom’s spaghetti.
Yes, we're talking about the classic lyrics to his song "Lose Yourself".
You know: "His palms are sweaty, his knees are weak, his arms are heavy / He already has vomit on his sweater, mommy's spaghetti."
As reported by Consequence Of Sound, his new venue will open this week on September 29th in downtown Detroit.
A short commercial for the new restaurant aired on local TV last week with great old-school vibes. It could almost have been a 90s commercial.

The ad revealed what diners can expect from the menu, including some classics and some variations on them, including pasta and marinara-focused cuisines like spaghetti sandwiches and classics like spaghetti and meatballs.
While we know the rapper is well established in the music industry and trying his hand at the acting business, we'll have to wait and see how well his spaghetti menu hits the mark.
