EDC Las Vegas is only a week away – fans have waited almost two years for the Banner Insomniac festival to return, and with a line-up as full of incredible artists as ever, this year's celebrations are sure to be unforgettable .
As always, EDC has unveiled the card for the festival and this year's show shows some interesting changes from the usual. Below we have the 2019 map (left) and the 2021 map (right) side by side for comparison. Immediately, the 2021 map is much more detailed with larger stages, including the stage designs (to some extent).
Each stage stays in the same place, but the biggest change comes with neonGARDEN, which will be a mega-structure this year. It also looks like stereoBLOOM and nomadsLAND are getting significant upgrades based on their level of awareness on the map compared to previous years.
As usual, you will find it difficult to find your way around Rainbow Road as it passes behind CircuitGROUNDS, bassPOD and WasteLAND on your way to nomadsLAND or kineticFIELD.
One thing that Insomniac hasn't done this year compared to previous years is to reveal the theme of the festival. You can zoom in a little closer to the stage set using the Insomniac app, which also has your set times and other information, but we're not sure what it will look like yet.
Start preparing now and see you all under the electric sky!
