Demi Lovato has made her interest in aliens very popular lately – now her interest seems more than platonic.

During a face-to-face interview with Becky G, Lovato was asked if they would ever consider having a romantic relationship with an alien.

"If there was an ET that met all of the criteria that would be like the most ideal partner, would you date an ET?" Asked Becky G.

"Yes, absolutely," Lovato replied with a laugh. “I'm so sick of people! I'm so sick of people and their human bullshit. I'm so over it! Bring me an alien! "

Lovato then quickly corrected himself: "Bring me an ET!". They had apparently forgotten in monetary terms that they had said in the past that the term "aliens" was derogatory.

"I think we have to stop calling them aliens because aliens are a derogatory term for everything … That's why I like to call them ETs!" The singer said in an interview with PEDESTRIAN TV last month.

During the face to face appearance with Becky G, Lovato was asked if she had ever had an alien encounter.

"I made contact," said Lovato. “It wasn't like the 'E.T. calling home, ’kind of sense, but I made contact by meditating and looking up and seeing things in the sky that weren't there when I started meditating."

Aliens have been a popular topic for Demi Lovato since her new documentary series Unidentified with Demi Lovato was streamed on Peacock. In the show, the singer delves deeply into her passion for everything extraterrestrial. Along with their sister Dallas and boyfriend Matthew, the trio seek definitive answers to some of the biggest questions about ETs.

While there aren't any actual alien encounters during the series, Lovato affirms that there is a lot of paranormal activity going on.

"In every city we went to, something happened that was really cool," said Lovato. “Not necessarily only with UFOs, but even paranormal things have happened. In Vulture City, for example, you have to see what I think happens down there in the second episode. "
