The Berlin-based, New Zealand alt-pop duo Charity Children shares its mystical music video for the soft and groovy offer "She Still Wants You", which comes from his latest album Near Young and combines its uplifting soundscapes with extravagant images.
With sparkling synthesizers and hazy vocals balanced by the theatrical sensitivity of the visuals, the track picks up on the duo's modern vintage art, which is underpinned by witty yet poetic lyricism. Like the rest of the album Charity Children, “She Still Wants You” captures the moment and reflects its ups and downs with a slight feel-good groove, even if a heartbreaking farewell threatens in the background.
